Thank you for your interest in the 2009 Long Island Soccer Shootout! The tournament will be held on August 22 and 23, 2009.

| Eligibility |
| The
Long Island Soccer Shootout is open to boys and girls
competitive club teams. This is a USYSA sanctioned
tournament through Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association.
All teams must be in good standing with their state
association. |
| Competition |
| All
teams are guaranteed 4 games: 50 minute games for U10
and U11, 60 minute game for U12 and above. All games will
be played on Saturday and Sunday. |

All coaches or a team representative must attend to pick up a schedule.
Permission to travel forms, valid player passes with photos, official team rosters and medical release forms are required of all teams accepted into the tournament. Your own club medical release forms will suffice.
Refreshments will be served.

Individual
trophies are presented to first and second place
teams in age groups U10, U11 & U12. Individual Champion T-Shirts are awarded for first place finishers in U13 and up and Finalist T-Shirts are awarded for second place finishers in U13 and up.

Maximum
roster sizes: aaaaaaa 12 for U10 aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 15 for U11 aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 18 for U12 through U16 aaaaaaa 22 for U17 (please note: 22 may roster on a U17 roster, but only 18 may play). aaaaaaaaaaaaa Up to 3 guest players are permitted to ensure an adequate roster size.
